Reservoir

The reservoir is open again!  Yay!  We tried out our new swimfins.  They help the kids float but don't support them completely.  I was happy to see the little ones practice their swimming skills.  :) 

Workin' Girl

Heidi has a job. She works once a week for a family as a "mother's assistant".  Basically she babysits while the mom is home.  That way the mom can get things done around the house and not have to worry about the kids.  I think it's great training for Heidi.  

Rainbow

It's a beautiful day and the sun is shining.  :)  We're about to head to church but I wanted to post a picture that Kevin took a few days ago.  I found it when i was downloading pictures last night.  I think it's a beautiful reminder of God's promise.

Baby Shower

We had a baby shower for 2 of the ladies at my church.  It was lots of fun.  We had a devotional, played a memory game and had a sock matching race.  Although I lost every event it was still lots of fun. :)

Reading

I am so proud of Kurtis.  He's the first child I've taught to read.  I made lots of mistakes but together we were able to figure it out.  (Leapfrog really helped.)  He cracks me up because his animal noises are so funny.  Absolutely adorable, I had to share.  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. (He had no idea I was making a video. lol)

Zoo

We went to bible study and decided to stop by the park on the way home.  It was such a wonderful day!

After some time playing and watching the animals we went on a paddle boat.
