After our crazy trips and we finally began to settle down I started to get depressed.  (I believe it runs in my family.)  The reality of homeschooling and missing my friends finally set in.    No worries, I've experienced this before and have learned a few ways to combat it.  I wanted to share in case my kids ever struggled with the same issue.

1. Exercise!  It does wonders!  Makes me feel better right away.

2. Eat healthy!  I cut out most of my junk food and started juicing.  When I feel like snacking between meals I have a large glass of fresh veggie juice.  It's given me more energy and I feel better throughout the day.

3. Drink more water.  Your body needs it and most people don't get enough.

4. Join a bible study.  Enjoy the fellowship of others and study God's word.  I can't say enough about this one, it changes your viewpoint on life.
