Today is my sister's birthday!  Yay! She's my favorite sister and I think she's pretty awesome. :) In other news......

 Kevin was examined by our congregation to become a candidate for church Elder.  He passed and the congregation will have the opportunity to vote later this month

International Towne 4-15-15

International Towne is similiar to Ameritowne. I blogged about it a while back when Annika and Kurtis participated in the program.  You can find that blog HERE.

Basically the students apply for a job and run a miniature global marketplace.  They learn about trading, supply/demand and currency exchange.  There was also a mock natural disaster that demonstrated how the economy of one country effects everyone.  If your child has the opportunity to be a part of this program I would recommend it.
